Ingredients: skullcap, passionflower, oat straw, chamomile and rose

Tasting Notes: Subtle floral infusion with grounding earth tones and gentle sweetness.

How to make: bring 8oz of water to a boil and steep 1 teaspoon of a tea for 5-10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger it becomes. Offer the leftover tea back to the Earth in gratitude. 

Serving: 1 oz bag makes approximately 12 cups of 8 oz tea.
