Ingredients: All organic - elderberry, cinnamon, clove, raw ginger, ros hips and local raw honey. 

How to Use: You can also try this in your tea, over pancakes/waffles, oatmeal, yoghurt or smoothies. Keep refrigerated at all times for longer shelf life. Daily maintenance of 1 tablespoon a day for ages 12+, 1 teaspoon for children 2-11. Not for children under 2 years of age.
