This ceremonial blend invokes cleansing, nurturing & protective energies as you deepen your connection with your ancestors. 

All Organic Ingredients: mugwort, holy basil, sage, rose, rosemary, lavender and licorice 

Tasting Notes: Earthy and aromatic with floral sweetness and a hint of warming spice. 

How to make: bring 8oz of water to a boil and steep 1 teaspoon of a tea for 5-10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger it becomes. Offer the leftover tea back to the Earth in gratitude.

How to create a sacred ceremony with your ancestors: 

• Pick a quiet space where you will not be disturbed
• Light a candle
• Burn some incense/sage or palo santo to cleanse the space
• Have your cup of tea beside you as you breathe in it's medicine. Invite the blend to cleanse, nurture and protect as you seek to connect to your roots. 
• Invite your ancestors who have healed to support in an area that you wish to transmute patterns or stories. Ask them for their wisdom and knowledge as you seek to move forward.
